Speed Meeting Registration
12:30 – 13:00
(Limited to official delegates, showcasing artists, and pre-registered music labels only)
- 15 pre-selected delegates will be seated at designated tables, each with two chairs for meeting participants (maximum of two persons per party).
- Participants will have access to a list of available delegates and can select up to 10 meeting slots, each linked to a specific delegate and time slot.
- Upon selection, participants will receive coupons—serving as entry tickets for their scheduled meetings.
- Meetings will follow a structured and time-efficient format, ensuring focused, meaningful, and productive exchanges within the allotted time.
Speed Meeting Sessions
13:00 – 14:00
- Participants will be guided by our staff to meet with their selected delegates based on their pre-selected coupons.
- Each meeting will last 5 minutes, with staff providing time updates and signaling when the session is about to end. At the designated time, participants will wrap up their discussions and transition smoothly to their next scheduled meeting within 1 minute, ensuring an efficient and well-organized experience for all attendees.
Open-floor Networking Session
14:00 – 16:00

This session is strategically scheduled right after the speed meetings to provide attendees with additional time to reconnect and dive deeper into conversations that sparked interest. It offers an opportunity to expand on initial discussions, explore potential collaborations, and build stronger professional relationships.
- To further enhance the experience, our experienced networking facilitators will be on hand to guide conversations, offer introductions, and help attendees maximize their connections, ensuring that every interaction is valuable and productive.

Festival & Business Pitching

- Pre-registered speakers shall conduct 10-minute presentations to introduce their products, services or expertise—whether it’s a music festival, record label, artist booking agency, music publishing company, or other industry-related business.

As the open-floor networking space is strategically located near the festival/business pitching stage, it allows participants to engage in Q&A sessions and discussions with presenters after their pitches. This setup fosters organic interactions between industry professionals, artists, and businesses, enhancing networking opportunities in a dynamic and interactive environment.
