Mai graduated from Trinity University with degrees in Piano Performance and Communication (concentrations in Film Studies and Advertising) and went on to get her Masters of Arts in Global Entertainment and Music Business at Berklee College of Music. Her previous experience include BeatStars, Nvak Collective, Giant Noise PR, ONErpm APAC, Vietnam Music Week/HOZO Music Festival, XP Music Features/Soundstorm Festival 2023, Austin City Limits Festival 2021/2022, amongst many others. She also worked for LIONS SHARE for 2 years before it was acquired by Jaded and was the Production Assistant for the Friends:Forever Festival in 2024 at SXSW. She is passionate about music export and promoting Southeast Asian talent and music, especially Vietnamese talent.
