Matt Tanner has been immersed in the music industry for over three decades, starting his career as a Tour Manager in Japan during the early 1990s. This experience gave him the opportunity to tour extensively across Asia, North America, and Europe, laying the groundwork for his career in music management and publishing.

After returning to Australia in the late 1990s, Matt established Milefire Management, an artist and tour management company that supported the careers of several Australian artists throughout the 2000s. In 2002, he also founded Casadeldisco Records, releasing a number of punk rock and hardcore records that resonated within their niche.

In 2010, Matt joined Native Tongue Music Publishing as Creative Director and A&R Manager. Over the years, he took on increasing responsibilities, becoming Head of Creative Services in 2017. Today, he serves as Vice President of A&R for Concord Music Publishing ANZ, where he works closely with artists and songwriters to develop opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Matt remains passionate about fostering talent and creating meaningful connections in the music community, with a particular focus on building collaborations between Australia and the dynamic markets of Asia.
