MC Galang has over 10 years of experience in the music industry and deep roots in independent music communities and developing musical artist exchange opportunities in the Philippines, Asia, the US, and Europe, with a background in music media, curation and creative direction, live music production and promotion, and music marketing.

She is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of live music events, curator, and media publication The Rest Is Noise PH (TRIN) based in the Philippines; Head of Editorial at Jaded, a diversified entertainment platform dedicated to Asian youth culture headquartered in Los Angeles, where she was in charge of curating and programming SXSW’s first and largest Pan-Asian showcase, FRIENDS:FOREVER 2024 and Tiger Den in 2023; and Co-Founder of AXEAN Festival, Southeast Asia’s first intraregional music showcase festival.

She was previously the Content and Editorial Head of HipHopDX Asia under Warner Music Asia from 2021 to 2023, where she helped oversee and manage the first-ever Pan-Asian rap cypher series, ‘The Regionals,’ which brought top hip-hop artists from the Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam together with Grammy Award-winning producers and hitmakers !llmind, 9th Wonder, and Hit-Boy.
