Ian Emmanuel C. Urrutia is the co-founder and executive producer for GNN Entertainment Productions, a Manila-based promoter and events company known for their work on concerts and festivals in the Philippines.
He also owns NYOU, a PR/marketing startup that caters to several music, pop culture and lifestyle brands. As a music publicist, he has worked with some of the most notable names in the industry, including Ben&Ben, SB19, Ebe Dancel, Ely Buendia, Kitchie Nadal, Barbie Almalbis, Ena Mori, James Reid, Orange & Lemons, Denise Julia, The Koolpals, Comedy Manila, Clara Benin, Phum Viphurit (TH), Pamungkas (ID), Tokimeki Records (JP), Nils Frahm (GR), Yeek (US), BLXST (US), and more. His current and former clients include Sony Music Philippines, The Linch Agency (SG), Secret Signals, Freeway Korea, Lilystars Records, PhilPop, and Jack Daniel’s Philippines, to name a few.
Aside from GNN Entertainment Productions and NYOU, he is the co-founder and artist/media relations director of The Rest Is Noise PH, an events production and online publication which proudly champions Asian music, arts, and culture. He is also the co-founder, Philippine representative, and resident PR person of AXEAN Festival.
Other than his portfolio in events, PR, and marketing, Ian is a former contributing editor for Philippine Star Supreme– a pop culture, music and arts section in the local newspaper Philippine Star, and has written published work for Billboard Philippines, CNN Philippines, FHM Philippines, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Rogue Magazine, and, Beehype.

As an events promoter, Nyou has combined innovative approaches in PR with tried-and-tested strategies to promote artists, shows, concerts, and music festivals in the Philippines and across the Southeast Asian region.
Nyou is currently the PR consultant of Sony Music Entertainment Philippines and its local/regional affiliates (OFFMUTE, WATERWALK RECORDS, COLUMBIA RECORDS, and more). It has also done work for several music labels and marketing/management agencies, including Umami Records Singapore, The Linch Agency (SG), Secret Signals, Freeway Korea, Taiwan Creative Content Agency, Lilystars Records, PhilPop, to name a few. Outside of the music PR work, the Makati-based agency has also spearheaded campaigns for lifestyle, pop culture, food and Sports brands.
