As the Founder & Managing Director of Vietnam Indie Club (VIC), he is building an ecosystem that empowers independent artists and young professionals, fostering industry accessibility through events, mentorship, and global partnerships. Under VIC, he launched No Headliner, a yearly showcase that has evolved into a regional tour and songwriting camp, expanding opportunities for Vietnam’s indie music scene and strengthening international connections.

Beyond VIC, Hoàng co-founded Mõ Music House, a music production agency specializing in artist development, commercial projects, and sync licensing. He also serves as Head of Operation & Strategy at VietQ Media, spearheading initiatives to elevate Vietnamese music and culture on the global stage. Additionally, as Event Director & Business Development Manager at Chuyện Của Hà Nội, he is transforming the space into a vibrant hub for entertainment and youth culture in the city.
