Known for keeping her identity hidden behind a big hat and sunglasses, Whyte separates her personal life from her music career, drawing listeners’ attention to her music rather than her appearance. Since 2020, Whyte has been a sensation in Taiwan’s music scene, releasing songs that blend chill-pop, R&B, and jazz styles, highlighting her husky, laid-back vocals. Her multilingual songs transcend physical boundaries and attract a global audience.

The emergence of Whyte led to her surprise release of a series of Youtube singles “Santé,” “Insomnia,” and “Cazzo” in 2019, each of which has amassed more than 2 million views to date.
