Mayuko is a passionate international project manager and creative producer, deeply in love with Thai music and dedicated to bridging cultures through entertainment. Educated in Japan, the USA, and Germany, she built her career in film and media production, as well as in the contemporary art and IT media industries, including working on an Emmy Award-winning TV show before shifting her focus to the music industry. She has played a key role in launching artists on the global stage, collaborating with top talent across Japan, Thailand, and beyond. With expertise in artist development, event production, and cross-market strategy, she has taken the initiative on major projects, including leading NuNew’s Japanese debut and driving Kikuo’s international expansion. Known for her keen eye for talent and ability to execute large-scale productions, Mayuko continues to push creative boundaries in the music and entertainment industry.
