Kaushik is a versatile musician and  has composed music for Bollywood films, theatre and dance theatre projects. He has travelled extensively, participated and produced many international collaborative projects. He was a visiting tutor at the London Roundhouse and Singapore Music Academy. He has participated in innumerable international panel discussions and music meets. He was appointed a judge and jury for renowned international events. He is acting as a key figure to promote the Asian music industry at the global level. Kaushik is presently the acting President of MusiConnect Asia, Vice President of Global Music Market Network (South Korea), and Founder Director of MusiConnect India
