Over the past 15 years, Del has worked on delivering over 600 events and has over 5 years of leadership experience. With a passion for community engagement and an interest in geopolitics, Del approaches her work through a collective lens, prioritising harmonious and enriching experiences for her team, clients and audiences alike.

Melonhead is a region-specific Music Industry Development Agency that endeavours to cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships within the Indo-Pacific.

As Australia’s music sector relies heavily on how we work within our regional architecture, the agency will provide holistic insights into the economic, social, environmental and cultural impact of Australia’s musical activities undertaken within the region thus far. This will be achieved through research, the creation of accessible and informative content, and the facilitation of music trade missions.

Melonhead exists to highlight the brilliance of First Nations Australians, and the Asian and Pasifika diasporas based in Australia. Our trade mission and intensive cultural immersion programs are designed as pathways for the development of music professionals who identify with these communities.
