Elodie is the founder of Pulse City, an art and music consultancy company providing strategic and creative services to indie artists and organizations. She has been in the art and music industry for over a decade, nurturing and developing local indie scenes. Originally from France, she moved to Asia in 2014, where she has managed over 150 arts and music projects with local and international partners.

Through events, content production, design and artist management, she has talent-scouted and boosted the growth of some of the fastest-rising musicians and created an extensive network of artists across three continents.

She is the co-founder of Myanmar’s indie arts collective, Pyinsa Rasa, uniting the country’s leading talents to create programs that redefined and accelerated the growth of the country’s arts scene.

She also kickstarted Myanmar’s first indie music media, Khit Sense, in 2018. The platform brought the spotlight on the country’s burgeoning indie scene through content curated and produced by music lovers, for music lovers.

She is currently based in Singapore where she is bringing her multi-faceted creative approach to the regional music industry and on the lookout for the next collaboration.
