Biography

FOLK9 is a Thai indie/psych-pop band originating from Bangkok, filled with dreamy melodies and simple lyrics. The band consists of Graph (vocals, guitars), Patt (guitars), Dome (drums) and Parn (bass).

Under ‘Parinam Music’ label, FOLK9 has released 2 studio albums, Morning Day (2017) and Chinese Banquet (2018). And in 2021, they released new single “Circle” with the specialty of this song is working with Shoe-gaze / Dream-Pop band, Luby Sparks, from Japan.

Because FOLK9 performs songs in both Thai and English so they have received popularity not only in Thailand but also abroad. Folk9 often appears at all-scaled music festivals in Thailand. Also because of their international music sound, they are regularly invited to play as an opening act for many international artist/band such as DIIV (US), Turnover (US) and Se So Neon (KR).
